Common Questions About Volunteering

Can I volunteer remotely or is it all in-person?

While many of our activities, like tree planting, are in-person, there are also remote opportunities like social media outreach, fundraising, and virtual awareness campaigns. We offer flexibility based on your location and interests!

What happens if I can’t make it to a scheduled volunteer event?

Life happens! If you can’t attend a scheduled event, just let us know in advance, and we can help you find another way to contribute or reschedule your involvement for the next opportunity.

Can I volunteer as a group or with my company?

Absolutely! We love group volunteers. Whether it’s friends, family, or colleagues, we can arrange special group volunteer days for you to work together on projects and make a bigger impact.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I volunteer?

It depends on the activity! For tree planting or outdoor events, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes, sturdy shoes, and sunscreen. We’ll provide any necessary tools or materials, but feel free to bring your own gloves or water bottle!
